Invoice review, with the receipts
Find out what an invoice should have said.
Upload an invoice alongside the rate card or contract it should follow. ChargeAlign lays out potential discrepancies line by line, with a pointer to the evidence behind each one.
Findings are always shown as potential discrepancies to verify.
How it works
1. Add the two documents
An invoice PDF and the rate card or contract it was billed against. A CSV of line items is optional.
2. Lines are matched up
Each billed line is compared with the agreed rate, quantity and any caps set out in your contract.
3. Review the differences
Billed amount, expected amount and the difference, with a pointer back to where each figure came from.
