The service
ChargeAlign compares an invoice you upload against a rate card or contract you upload, and presents potential discrepancies for you to review.
Review support, not advice
Results are described as potential discrepancies. They are a starting point for your own checks and are not financial, accounting or legal advice. You remain responsible for any decision you take, including any dispute you raise with a supplier.
Accuracy
Results depend on what can be read from the documents you upload. Scanned, partial or unclear documents may produce incomplete results. Always verify figures against the original documents before acting on them.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
Your documents
You confirm you are entitled to upload the documents you submit and to have them processed for the purpose of review.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to upload unlawful content, to attempt to access other accounts, or to disrupt the service for others.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We may update, pause or change features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
